Giving Back to the Community

Community Engagement and Support
At City National Bank of Florida (CNB), we are deeply committed to community engagement through partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and other organizations.
We believe that a stronger community leads to a brighter future for all.

Employee Volunteerism
Our employees are encouraged to volunteer, and they have recorded over 1,000 hours of paid volunteer time off in the past year. This demonstrates our dedication to making a positive impact through hands-on involvement in community projects and initiatives.
Volunteer activities include financial literacy training, assembling packages that provide disaster relief assistance to people worldwide, sorting, packaging and distributing diapers to low-income families, and providing physical labor for moving and improving the facilities of not-for-profit charities.

Philanthropic Endeavors
CNB has been involved in various philanthropic endeavors focusing on health, education, and the arts. We are increasingly integrating corporate social responsibility into our operations, focusing on community development, financial inclusion, and employee engagement.

Community Development Bankers and Financial Literacy
We have Community Development Bankers who partner with local organizations to help residents build trust and financial literacy, and gain access to housing. By collaborating with these organizations, we aim to support economic opportunities for low- to moderate-income individuals and communities.
