Length: 4 Months
The digitial channels temporary worker will assist with the launch of 2 wire transfer projects, specifically focusing on enrolling clients in a revamped special handling wire transfer channel as well as testing and reporting for the wire transfer platform.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities: will include
- Managing client enrollment
- Generating reports
- Assisting in testing and resolving ISO20022-related wire platform issues
- Coordinating between internal staff and the wire vendor
- Utilizing a vendor-provided ticketing system to track and resolve issues efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with staff, management, vendors, and clients
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to generate and analyze reports related to wire transfer activities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing excellent service and addressing client needs promptly
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to handle changes in processes, regulations, and systems while maintaining high performance
- Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent required.
