  • Design and maintain management reporting, dashboards, and performance materials to support oversight of product performance, regulatory expectations, and strategic objectives.
  • Provide cross‑functional leadership by coordinating with Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to ensure trade product initiatives align with control frameworks, operational capabilities, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assess operational performance indicators, including turnaround times, discrepancy trends, workload distribution, and market activity, and evaluate potential impacts to business performance and product strategy.
  • Consolidate operational, financial, and market insights to inform product governance discussions, portfolio optimization, and business planning activities.
  • Prepare analysis, materials, and responses for governance forums, senior leadership reviews, audits, and regulatory examinations related to Trade Services & Finance products.
  • Ensure Trade Services & Finance product activities and portfolio decisions align with internal policies, global standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing initiatives in a deadline‑driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills for financial analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
